1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or using any Knowledge Hive service, you ("Parent", "Guardian", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Knowledge Hive is operated by Knowledge Hive Education Services ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Knowledge Hive provides premium online Mathematics and Science education for students aged 4 to 16, aligned with Cambridge and Oxford curriculum frameworks. Our programmes include:

• Little Explorers — Ages 4 to 8: Mathematics foundations, General STEM and Logic
• Discovery Scholars — Ages 9 to 11: Cambridge Primary Mathematics and Sciences
• Academic Achievers — Ages 12 to 14: Oxford and Cambridge Lower Secondary
• Excellence Programme — Ages 15 to 16: Cambridge IGCSE preparation

All sessions are conducted online. Schedules, formats and content may be updated to maintain the highest quality of education.

3. Enrolment

• Enrolment is subject to availability and is confirmed upon receipt of payment
• You must provide accurate information about your child including age and educational level
• Knowledge Hive reserves the right to place students in the most appropriate programme based on assessment
• Parents and guardians must be aged 18 or over to enrol a child

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are payable in advance as specified at the time of enrolment
• Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed before sessions commence
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Sessions cancelled by Knowledge Hive will be rescheduled at no additional cost
• Parents must provide at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations or reschedules
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests where possible

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive and productive learning environment for all students:

• Students are expected to attend sessions on time and prepared to learn
• Respectful behaviour towards educators and fellow students is required at all times
• Recording of sessions without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited
• Sharing of session content, materials or recordings is not permitted
• Knowledge Hive reserves the right to remove students who violate this code without refund

7. Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum materials, methods, lesson plans, worksheets and resources provided by Knowledge Hive are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any of our materials without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Knowledge Hive provides educational services to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service period.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
